That was what we needed, first to sell our home and then to purchase another immediately while waiting for the closing of our home. My experience with Chiquita was great! The fact that she was very attentive to my wants/needs and executed my home search without delay, spoke volumes. She didn’t ever appear to be agitated with my fastidious ways which by the way I’m so consistent with being. She never took it personal. For she showed in her works it was never about her but always about her client. I rested in knowing that she had the best of my interests, worked honestly and didn’t mind going beyond. She was always prompt, pleasant and most professional whether responding via email, text or phone. My home selling experience was very trying and difficult due to the buyers Lender. The buyers set the closing date 4 different times costing ne extra storage fees, not being able to move into my newly purchased home, etc. Chiquita worked hard to make sure the buyers were held accountable for the 2 rate lock they caused fees due to their financial problem. She also worked hard to ensure the sellers of my new home were updated due to the multiple date holdups si I would not lose my new home. I think Chiquita did a very good job. She worked hard at trying to make sure I stayed positive especially when everything seemed to go wrong due to the buyers kender.
